Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of the Association shall be:

  •  To foster friendship and fellowship among the members and their families by arranging get-together and reunions.
  • To render help and assistance to the members and their families in case of distress and problems.
  • To contribute to the development of Alma Mater.
  • To accord recognition to the professional achievements of the members.
  • To take part in social welfare activities for humanitarian purpose.
  • To take effective steps along with the creation of a permanent fund to offer:
    – scholarship to deserving students of AUH.
    – loans on easy terms to deserving students of the AUH.
    – to provide educational materials to the AUH.
    – to assist the AUH students in time of distress.
  • To undertake any other activity which the Association considers desirable for the interest of the Alumni, the AUH and BUET and the Country at large.
  •  To maintain liaison with other Alumni Associations with similar objectives at home and abroad.
  • To prepare and maintain a complete record of all members of the Association.
